QA Report on the Conduct of a Barbaric Handful from the Shin Bet

These are Shomer Israel's insights based on the evidence and the events.

It is important to note that Shomer Israel has great respect for all security personnel who work tirelessly to protect the security of the State of Israel and the security of Israel's citizens. The overwhelming majority are excellent, values-driven people who work without rest in the Mossad, in the Shin Bet, in the Israel Police, and of course in the IDF in order to protect us. Shomer Israel salutes them.

At the same time, a deep familiarity with the events of recent years indicates that there is a corrupt, violent and barbaric handful operating from within the Shin Bet against the security of Israel's citizens, against the government of the State of Israel, against the Shin Bet itself (including against Shin Bet personnel and against the head of the Shin Bet), from motives that appear to be corrupt, and out of a desire to advance their sick and despicable agendas.

Below are insights from observing the events that have occurred, and unfortunately are still occurring. Some of them are legitimate in certain cases (surveillance, for example) while others can never be legitimate.

- Physical surveillance — from 2024 to the present
* Insight: If surveillance is carried out, it should be done professionally and not in such an amateurish manner.

- Especially terrifying physical surveillance — this includes incidents such as the one on 16/5/25 at 14:30 near the Beersheba mall, in which the follower aggressively crossed the street after the person being followed had crossed the street seconds earlier. Horrifying!
Or on 10/1/26 at 18:30 — the follower literally ran after the person being followed, and only when the person being followed turned toward him did he change direction.

* Insight — If surveillance is carried out, it should be done in a way that is not frightening or terrifying.

- Break-ins into devices

- Sabotage of opening a "Patur" (exempt) small-business file with the Income Tax Authority on 7/8/25 — many times, both on the phone and on the computer, including sabotage of receiving SMS verification messages.
* Insight: This can never happen in Israel. We are a democratic Zionist state, whereas sabotaging the opening of an Income Tax file so that a person cannot work for a living is something that exists only in dark and totalitarian regimes.

- Repeated sabotage of a person's ability to work for a living.
Insight: This can never happen in Israel. Sabotaging a person's livelihood is tantamount to an attempt at starvation.

Whoever does something like this is not part of the Zionist project in the Land of Israel, because we are an advanced democratic state, with basic human rights anchored in law, and this is our basic essence as Jews in our land.

- "Injection" of automatic recommendations on Twitter, frightening images, "planting" a timer clock.
* Insight: Things that must never happen in Israel. This recalls negative historical things from dark regimes.

- Murder threats against the son — threats in texts, by means of a "song" that talks about how "we will rape you and throw you off a cliff", and more.
* Insight: Security harms of this kind must not be able to happen in democratic, Zionist, Jewish and free Israel.

Violence has no place in Israeli society or in the world at all. As the late Yitzhak Rabin said, "We must denounce violence! Condemn it!". And that such threats would come from supposedly "security" elements only makes all of this even more shocking.

- Harm to democratic channels of proof — including deleting the mother's phone in order to make it harder to upload a call log and harder to recover, through forensic examination, the murder threats that were directed at the son through the mother; changing the content of emails written to politicians; deleting screenshots; and more.
* Insight: This is truly shocking behavior from those entrusted with protecting Israeli democracy.

If the body that acted sees itself as legitimate — why does it need to obscure its activity? If it is said that this is in order to preserve secrecy, that is not a proper reason, because secret quasi-fascist behavior is against the Zionist Jewish regime in any case.

- Taking control of the electric company in order to cause power outages, flickering of lights, and making household devices such as a water cooler, the fridge compressor, etc. roar.
* Insight: Activity that belongs to totalitarian regimes and that is against the free, Zionist, Jewish democratic regime in Israel.

- Religious fanaticism appears as a motive for exploiting security privileges in order to take revenge on very secular Jews or atheists. Examples: sabotaging a computer when an Israeli Jew expresses emotional identification with his people; raising a "virus" alert the second an Israeli Jew downloads a lecture by the Rabbi of Lubavitch to the computer; "planting" religious publications in the home including one that talks about "the Lord sent snakes that would bite the sinners to death"; and so on.
Insight: Rioters must not be allowed to abuse power in this way in order to harm Jews they do not consider "Jewish enough", because it directly endangers the government in Israel. This is an abuse of power, which was delegated by the government, in order to harm Israel's citizens and the democratic Zionist Jewish government of the Land of Israel.

- Harm to the volume in the headphones in a way that causes ear pain and potentially irreversible hearing damage.
* Insight: Further proof of actual terrorist activity against Israel's citizens, against the State of Israel, and against the Shin Bet itself.

- Physical sabotage of electrical cables (a joystick, an HDMI cable) and of a water pipe in the bedroom of the IDF-disabled son
* Insight: No one has the right to deliberately cause damage to another person's property

- Abuse of an elderly Holocaust-survivor woman — including sabotage of phone calls (lowering the audio volume, background noises); hundreds of exhausting and despairing "spam" calls when none of these calls has any intention of helping her or serving her; disconnecting the cable when she is lying in her room to watch television; stripping her of guardianship over an IDF-disabled person on a medication-background basis, when the financial guardianship was also stripped from her, which raises the suspicion that it is all connected (especially when a visitor who supposedly came to help her with the care of her IDF-disabled son suddenly told her that he knows the judge in the guardianship case through a relative of a friend who is a rabbi who might be able to help her). They planted cameras in her room, and during a call in which she was told that they would not be able to take the son into a rehabilitation project she fell from the stress and could not get up and even told this to the speaker who ignored it, all while they could see on the camera that she had fallen. Harm to her ability to receive medical service by phone (they lowered the volume so that she could not speak with the doctor; this happened during a vacation in Eilat), harm to her ability to order medicines online, blocking of credit cards, and more.
* Insight: It is really hard to express this in a non-emotional way in the face of all this, but I will try.

Whoever does things like this to an elderly Holocaust-survivor woman is not worthy of even being in the vicinity of anything that has words like "security" or "humanity" in it. Simply behavior that not only disgraces himself, but also harms all the good people who work in the security establishment and also harms the Shin Bet itself. Inconceivable. Shocking.

- Torture by means of a device that produces deafening noise in the home.
* Insight: Does not belong to a democratic government. Cannot exist in our Zionist, sovereign, Jewish, democratic and free state.

In summary: These are the most severe acts, which constitute not only a threat, but an actual terrorist event against Israel's citizens and against the State of Israel. This is about a handful that consistently harms the security of Israel's citizens and the security of the State of Israel. This is an attempt at a coup against the Jewish-Zionist democratic government in the free and advanced Land of Israel.

These acts also constitute an attack on the rule of law in Israel, because even if some of these actions are backed by some supposed justification in the law in some indirect form, the Declaration of Independence and Israel's democracy law stand above any law if it denies the Jewish, Zionist and free existence in the democratic State of Israel.

From a security standpoint — these are severe harms to the security of Israel's citizens and subversion of the government.

Israel's security bodies were created in order to protect the ability of Israel's citizens to live their lives in security, whereas the acts of the rioters are like an actual hostile terrorist (Pah'a) event.

This behavior also harms all the good, values-driven people who work in the security establishment, and harms the Shin Bet.

And when such an event also happens from motives of violent religious extremism that uses security privileges in order to harm the security of Jews who in their eyes are "not Jewish enough", it already becomes corruption and oppression of a people at the lowest level there is, just like in George Orwell's book "1984".

It appears that we are dealing with a terror cell that formed inside the Shin Bet and that allows itself to do almost whatever it wants simply because it can. It seems that they feel immune to everything, but as Mossad director Yossi Cohen said, "If you feel that you are immune to everything — you are inviting trouble". No one in Israel is above the law. In fact, this is one of the most beautiful things there is in Israel, in Shomer Israel's view. No matter an officer's rank — he can always be investigated and dismissed, and if necessary then beyond that as well.

Morally, this is a moral bankruptcy. It cannot be that Israelis who have done nothing whatsoever are abused for years without having the ability to defend themselves, without having the ability to live their lives in security, without having a right to privacy, without having the ability to work for a living, to make their lives bitter, to harm them in every possible way, to threaten them.

This is barbaric, fascist, totalitarian, antizionist behavior that subverts the free, democratic, Zionist Jewish regime. There is no justification in the world for such activity in a modern and advanced society like ours.

Shomer Israel calls on everyone who cares about the security of Israel's citizens, and who truly believes that it is our right "to be a free people in our land", to use this report as inspiration to act vigorously in every way they can in order to help protect Israel and the Israelis who live in it.
